Online Card Sign-Up

You can now sign up for a library card from the comfort of your own home! Please fill out the form HERE.

After you fill out the form, a library staff member will contact you either by phone or email with your library card information. Please note that you must live in our service district, which includes the Allegan Public Schools District, and the remaining portions of Valley and Cheshire Townships, in order to be eligible for a card. Staff members will also verify your address to ensure you are a member of our library district. 

At this time, online card sign-ups are only available for adults age 18 and up.
